Lying chat support

Ive talked to a few chat support agents and come across over an issue with a hold and one agent said that my hold will be released until August 30 2016 then now I wait until that day and still dont receive my funds I worked hard for. I talked with ANOTHER chat agent and said that the hold will be released August 31 2016!? Are you f***** joking me? I swear someone is lying to me and I really need these funds received by this week or what I need is gone. 1 Star rating and deleting this this hells creation off my device.
